The Berry Big Circus!

"I'm supposed to graduate this year, but I'm not sure if I will... My grades are not so good..."

Wocky then looked down sadly.

Regina tilted her head.
'I'm not good at figuring hard things out either. But, i'm sure you'll make it!' She said.

"Thanks", Wocky said with a smile, "I hope so. My parents have been naggin' at me 'bout it for a while now..."

Regina nodded. 'I'm really sure you can do it.'
She looked 'like she remembered something. 'Oh! I have to feed Regent, wait, i'll be right back!'
Regina ran off again and looked for something to eat for Regent.

Wocky walked around the tent for a bit, looking at everything.

"This place sure is big", He thought, "I wish I could bring a girl with me here... I'm pretty sure my folks wouldn't be into this..."

He then looked at Regent.

"I've never seen a tiger so tame. Usually they wanna kill people. I guess Regina must've trained him pretty good..."

Regina found a big steak and walked back to Regent and Wocky.
'Regent, food!' She shouted.
Regent looked up and walked her way. Regina smiled and dropped the steak.
While Regent was eating, Regina walked up to Wocky.
'Do you like this place?'

"Yeah", He answered with a smile, "It seems pretty cool... Although it seems kinda empty."

'Well, it's really crowded when there's a show, everyone wants to see Max!'
She jumped. 'He's the best magician there is.'
She looked at Wocky with a smile. 'And i love practicing with Regent here to!'

"Oh. I guess I'll have to come here some time to see a show..."

He remembered Max from the poster, "I guess he's the main attraction, huh?"

'Yeah' Regina smiled, 'In his act, he also flies trough the air!' She looked at Regent who was still eating.
'It's really great to see him flying.'
Regent walked up to Regina and lied down. Regina placed her hand on his back and smiled cheerfull.

"Wow, that sounds cool. What about the other acts? Are they as popular as him?"

'Well, Max is the most popular, but without us you can't call it a circus.' Regina looked toughtfully.
'There's Moe the clown, Ben the ventriloquist and me, the animal tamer. There were two acrabats to, but Leon bit Bat, and Acro.. Well, he's in a wheelchair.' Regina smiled.

"Oh..."

Wocky didn't bother to ask why Acro was in a wheelchair, so he just dropped the subject.

"What do you think I could do? If I was in this circus? I'm jus' curious..."

Regina sparkled.
'You could become the new acrobat! Or.. Do something with foxes! Or fire! Yes, i bet you'll be great with that.' Regina said while pointing her staff at Wocky.

"I'm not really... Acrobatic", Wocky said as he scratched his head, "And I'm not sure what I could do with foxes... I'm really clumsy..."

'No you're not clumsy' Regina said while tapping Wocky.'And you can do alot with animals. What about rings? Then you'll follow my father! Or something with knifes and pistols, you should be good in that, right?'

"I know how to use knives and pistols", Wocky said, "So I guess I could do that. As for the fox thing... Where are we gonna find one? I could probly teach it tricks or somethin', like what you do with Regent."

'Hmm, i don't know. My dad always did that kind of stuff, but he can't anymore since he turned in to a star.' Regina said. 'But i bet Max can help with that!' She followed happily

"Your dad... Turned into a star?" Wocky asked.

"Yeah, I guess he could help."

'Yes, he did turn into a star because, he died.' Regina stated, still smiling.

Wocky frowned and said, "O-Oh..."

"She sure doesn't seem all that sad that her dad's dead", He thought.

Regina smiled cheerfully.
'What's the matter? you sure are quiet all of a sudden.'

"Oh, it's nothin'", Wocky answered.

"So, uh, do you ever go outside the circus? Like, to go hang out an' stuff?"

'Well actually i don't go out that much. But as long as there's the other people and Regent here, and i can do my show for the audience, i don't mind.' Regina said and she clapped her hands together.
'I'm raised in the circus and never got outside that much at all!'

"Well", Wocky said, "Guess you can't really go out that much, since this is yer job an' all. As for me, I always go outside, 'cause I don't like bein' cooped up in my house all the time. It's borin'... Pops is always busy in his office or Mom's jus' cleanin' and cookin'... Sure, livin' in a mansion is cool, but I think it's boring."
